  What a HORRIBLE place to go and ask questions . I went to ask a store manager a question by the tool section. He explained “if I didn’t know what part I needed or exact size then he couldn’t help or bother”
  I went to the customer service and spoke to a female manager and she was helpful. However, I will NEVER shop here AGAIN!
  This is the second incident at his store were a male employee spoke down to me. If I was male I would of received a different response .
  The person was Condescending and rude. THe number for customer service was not helpful and explained in future training it would be addressed . I went to the local Walmart and they were very helpful .

  Placed an internet order on Wed because the website said it had the range in stock. Received a call that delivery would take place on Friday. Then I receive a call Friday that they can't find the range; they'll look for it & call me back later that day or Saturday. On Sunday, we go to the store. They confirm they can't find the range, that it can be ordered (which would take 3 weeks) or they can give us 10% off the difference of another range. We can't go 3 weeks without a working oven! 10% off the difference isn't much of a help either. And just when were they going to let us know about this problem, if we didn't go into the store?? We canceled our order & won't be doing business with Lowe's again.
